Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft Contributor Relations Consultant to support, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Contributor Relations (CR) modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide functional and technical support for advancement, alumni, and donor management processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Contributor Relations and strong functional consulting skills, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, production support, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle PeopleSoft Contributor Relations modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft solutions.
- Configure and support Contributor Relations functionalities, including:
- Constituent Management
- Alumni Relations
- Donor Management
- Gift Processing
- Prospect Management
- Volunteer Management
- Event Management

- Work with business users to gather requirements and perform gap analysis.




- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements.
- Perform configuration changes, testing, and validation of system changes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support integrations between Contributor Relations and other PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules.
- Develop and execute test scripts for:

- Unit Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Support data conversion, validation, and reporting activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
- Collaborate with technical teams for PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, and SQL-related changes.
- Participate in PeopleTools upgrades, patches, and retrofitting activities.

Required Skills:

PeopleSoft Skills:

- 4–5 years of experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft applications.
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Contributor Relations module.
- Knowledge of:
- PeopleSoft Application Designer
- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- Component Interface
- PS Query
- BI Publisher

- Understanding of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and integrations.

Functional Skills:





- Solid understanding of advancement and fundraising business processes.
- Experience with:
- Alumni Management
- Constituent Relationship Management
- Donor Lifecycle Management
- Gift Processing
- Prospect Management

- Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

- Oracle SQL / PL-SQL knowledge.
- Experience with PeopleSoft reporting tools:
- PS Query
- BI Publisher
- SQR

- Knowledge of integrations and interfaces.
- Experience troubleshooting PeopleSoft production issues.

Experience Requirements:

- 4–5 years of PeopleSoft consulting experience.
- Prior experience with PeopleSoft Contributor Relations / Campus Solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting enhancements, implementations, and production environments.
- Experience working in global client environments is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Certifications:

- Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions training/certification.
- Oracle Database certification.
- Relevant PeopleSoft functional certifications.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
- Ability to work in GMT time zone.
