About the Role

Wow! Momo Foods is one of India's fastest-growing FMCG brands with a strong presence across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Quick Commerce channels. We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain leader to drive end-to-end Logistics & Planning operations and build a scalable, cost-efficient distribution network that supports our rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end primary and secondary logistics across manufacturing plants, warehouses, distributors, Contemporary Trade, General Trade, and Quick Commerce channels.
- Drive demand planning, forecasting, replenishment planning, and the monthly S&OP; process.
- Manage warehousing, CFA operations, inventory planning, and distribution centers across multiple regions.
- Optimize logistics network, freight costs, warehouse productivity, and transportation efficiency.
- Manage transporter selection, vendor negotiations, SLA compliance, and performance management.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and high service levels across the supply chain.
- Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs including OTIF, Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Days, Freight Cost, Order Fulfilment Lead Time, and Inventory Accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Lead ERP, analytics, and supply chain digital transformation initiatives.
- Build, mentor,



and develop a high-performing Logistics & Planning team.

Candidate Profile

Experience

- 1014 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning, Distribution, or Operations within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
- Experience managing multi-state or national logistics operations is mandatory.
- Exposure to frozen or cold-chain products is preferred.

Education

- MBA/Post Graduate Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related discipline.
- Engineering background is an added advantage.
