Educational Qualifications: B.E. /B. Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Work Experience: 3-6 Years of experience on Fixture Design with good exposure in Assembly Fixture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and proving out of Production lines.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Fixture Designer Experience in Assembly/Welding Fixture Design
2. Material handling device, Trolley & Gripper Design
3. Knowledge of validation of equipment digitally
4. Risk Assessment Document Preparations
5. Responsible for preparation and compilation of Final Documentation
6. Able to handle different Variants in the same fixture.
7. Conduct Design Review Meetings
8. Documentation and BoM Creation
Skills Expected:
1. Good hands-on Experience & Exposure to BiW/CiW process and Problem resolution.
2. Should have good communication Skills & should be from automotive background.
3. Software Knowledge in NX12 – Designer
4. Experience in In office activities will be an added advantage.
