- Lead end-to-end SAP GTS implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate functional requirements.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery in line with agreed milestones.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business users to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Oversee system integration between SAP GTS and SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs processes, and global trade requirements.
- Manage change requests, release planning, testing activities, and production deployments.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect resolution with relevant teams.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and governance updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct project review meetings and ensure effective communication across all project participants.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners wherever applicable.
- Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards, quality processes, and documentation requirements.




- Provide post-go-live support and oversee knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of overall SAP experience with significant hands-on experience in SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP GTS implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
- Strong understanding of international trade compliance, customs management, import/export processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and multiple project workstreams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience using project management and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or MS Project.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, client-facing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAP certification, or other relevant project management certifications will be an added advantage.
