Job description:

East Point Group of Institutions is seeking experienced and motivated Admission Counselors to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process and supporting them in making informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents on college and university programs, majors, and admission requirements
- Provide accurate information about admissions processes and eligibility criteria
- Actively listen to student needs and guide them toward suitable academic options
- Offer ongoing support to students throughout the decision-making and admission journey
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience
- Manage multiple student interactions while maintaining accurate records and organization

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Any Graduation
- 2 to 5 years of experience in college admissions (preferred)




- Strong understanding of college and university programs, majors, and admissions processes
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong active listening and people-reading abilities
- Good planning, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Willingness to guide, mentor, and support students through important academic decisions
