We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Tele caller Design & Patent Counsellor.
Don't worry if you don't have prior knowledge of Patents or Design Registration We will provide complete training!
Your role will be to communicate with clients, understand their requirements and explain our professional services related to Design Registration, Patent Support and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential and existing clients over phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Explain our Design Registration, Patent and IPR-related services in a simple and professional manner.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Build positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and client communication.
- Achieve assigned targets through effective communication and follow-up.
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers are welcome!
- No prior knowledge of Patents or Design Registration required.
- Complete training will be provided by the company.
- Candidates with good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Candidates who are comfortable speaking with clients over phone calls.
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
