About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Global Banking Support team. The role involves handling international customer interactions and delivering exceptional service experiences for banking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through voice support channels.
Provide assistance related to banking services and account support.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process.
Excellent English communication skills.
Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
Versatile for rotational night shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
