Role & responsibilities :

- Loan Sourcing & Origination: Generate leads and acquire recent clients for Education Loans (for domestic or international studies) and LAS (against mutual funds, shares, or bonds). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Credit Appraisal & Underwriting: Evaluate the financial viability of borrowers. This includes analyzing academic profiles, future employability, and collateral value for student loans, or evaluating the margin and market volatility for LAS. [1]
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all loan applications meet RBI guidelines, internal banking policies, and Priority Sector Lending (PSL) mandates. [1, 2]
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). Guide applicants through moratorium periods, disbursements, and top-up requirements. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products, such as Forex (for international students), Salary Accounts, Demat accounts, and Credit Cards.

Preferred candidate profile :

Experience: 1 to 5 years in retail asset products, Education Loan and LAS.
