We are looking for a agile leader with robust expertise in end-to-end US Healthcare RCM operations and hands-on experience working with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and NextGen.

We are hiring a Team Lead US Healthcare RCM to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across the revenue cycle.

Position: Team Lead US Healthcare RCM
Experience: 8-12 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team handling end-to-end US Healthcare RCM operations.
- Oversee Eligibility Verification, Prior Authorization, Charge Entry, Medical Billing, Payment Posting, Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals, and Claims Resolution.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and SLA adherence while driving operational excellence.
- Analyze operational metrics, identify revenue leakage, and implement process improvements.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve business and quality objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and reimbursement challenges.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, payer guidelines, and organizational policies.




- Prepare and review operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 8-12 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Current Team Leads and professionals working as Acting Team Leads are encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and NextGen Practice Management/EHR software is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the complete RCM lifecycle, including Medical Billing, Claims Processing, AR Follow-up, Payment Posting, Denial Management, and Appeals.
- Experience working with Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care payers.
- Proven team handling, people management, and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
