Key Responsibilities

- Own Plant P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Drive standard costing, product costing, BOM validation, and manufacturing variance analysis.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and financial reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor inventory, working capital, CapEx, and ROI.
- Partner with Production, SCM, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and HR to improve plant performance.
- Support pricing, customer quotations, and profitability analysis.
- Ensure month-end closing, audit readiness, compliance, and financial governance.
- Lead finance automation, SAP/ERP optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and mentor the plant finance team.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
