Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing and techno-commercial procurement activities. The role involves vendor development, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiation, purchase order finalization, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

- Identify and source suppliers/vendors based on technical specifications and commercial competitiveness.
- Float RFQs/RFPs and obtain techno-commercial quotations.
- Conduct comparative analysis of vendors on technical and commercial parameters.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

Techno-Commercial Evaluation

- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams to understand technical requirements.
- Perform cost analysis, including pricing, taxes, logistics, and lifecycle costs.
- Prepare Techno-Commercial Comparison (TCC) sheets and recommendation reports.

Negotiation & Purchase Finalization

- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, warranties, and contractual conditions.
- Finalize Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company policies and procedures.
- Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.

Vendor Management





- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network and database.
- Monitor vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and service levels.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to improve procurement efficiency.

Process Compliance

- Follow procurement workflows, approval processes, and system requirements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and audit requirements.
- Maintain procurement documentation and records.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with QA, Stores, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Track order status, expedite deliveries, and resolve supply-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or techno-commercial roles.
- Exposure to manufacturing, cement, EPC, plant operations, or industrial procurement preferred.
- Strong understanding of vendor management, commercial negotiations, and procurement processes.
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial evaluations and cost comparisons.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
