Job Details:

Location : Dahej, Bharuch (Gujarat)

Position: Production Executive (Control Room Specialist)

Number of requirement: 14

Key Responsibilities:

1] Operate PLC to monitor raw material tanks, reactors, thin tanks, batch tanks, resin storage tanks and other vessels to prevent possible overflow or contamination situations.

2] Monitor the progress of chemical reactions in reactors to ensure secure conditions and operation.

3] Monitor various automatic alarms within the control room and responds to them.

4] Monitor charts and record various types of data to streamline reactor operations while insuring quality.

5] Direct and follow up with Floor Operators to perform special tasks to maintain smooth operations of the reactor and processes such as material charging,



sampling, material

Transfer.

6] Record and maintain batch data in QIM6 Portal.

7] Maintain all the documents of RM &FG; as PPG AP standards and shall be available as per requirement of shifts .

Skills Required:

1] Knowledge of operating PLCs, knowledge of Rockwell will be of added advantage.

2] Good command on English language.

3] Good Monitoring and Analytical skills

4] Good Communication and Coordination Skills.
