Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation

Must Have Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document planning, budgeting, and forecasting requirements.

Design end-to-end Oracle PBCS solutions, including data models, forms, business rules, calculations, and workflows. Must Have Configure PBCS applications (modules, dimensions, hierarchies, security, and metadata) in line with best practices. Must Have Develop and maintain input forms, dashboards, reports, and task lists to support planning and reporting processes. Must Have Participate in full project lifecycle activities: requirement analysis, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Functional & Process Expertise Must Have Map existing financial planning and budgeting processes to Oracle PBCS capabilities and recommend process improvements. Must Have Design and implement driver-based planning models, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning. Must Have Work with finance teams to align PBCS solutions with corporate budgeting, management reporting, and financial consolidation processes. Must Have Provide functional guidance on integration with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, data warehouses, reporting tools). Configuration, Testing & Documentation Must Have Configure business rules, calculations, allocations, and validations within PBCS. Must Have Support data integration and data management activities, including data loads, mappings, and validation. Must Have Develop and execute test scenarios and test scripts for unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Must Have Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents,



user guides, and training materials. Stakeholder Management & Support Must Have Serve as a primary functional point of contact for clients on Oracle PBCS-related topics. Must Have Conduct user training sessions and workshops to drive solution adoption. Must Have Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements. Must Have Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and other consultants to ensure timely and quality delivery. Governance & Continuous Improvement Must Have Adhere to project governance, documentation standards, and change management processes. Must Have Stay current with Oracle EPM Cloud / PBCS updates, new features, and industry best practices. Must Have Recommend continuous improvements to existing PBCS implementations to enhance performance, usability, and value. Qualifications Must Have CA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution. Must Have 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 34 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle PBCS / EPM Cloud / Hyperion Planning functional consultant. Proven experience in: Must Have Designing and implementing Oracle PBCS planning applications. Must Have Building and managing dimensions, metadata, and data forms. Must Have Creating and maintaining business rules, calculations, and allocations.



Must Have Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. Must Have Proficient understanding of: Must Have Financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning. Must Have Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and key financial metrics. Must Have Experience in data integration and data management within PBCS (e.g., Data Management / Data Management integrations, flat file loads, ERP integrations). Must Have Skilled in working with stakeholders from finance and IT, translating business requirements into functional solutions. Must Have Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Must Have Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Preferred Qualifications Good to have Experience with other Oracle EPM Cloud modules (e.g., EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS) or on-premise Hyperion applications. Positive to have Oracle EPM Cloud / PBCS-related certifications. Good to have Experience with Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP) or other ERP systems. Good to have Exposure to scripting or automation in the EPM context (e.g., Groovy, calculation scripts, EPM Automate). Good to have Experience working in consulting environments or on multi-country / global implementations. Must Have For this role, we are specifically looking for candidates who have successfully completed at least two end-to-end implementations and have strong implementation experience rather than predominantly support-based experience.
