About this Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate Full Stack Developer who will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance web applications across both frontend and backend layers. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Node.js, and modern web technologies, with the ability to lead technical execution and support end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively contribute across the full software development lifecycle planning, coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Own end-to-end development of complex web applications
- Architect and implement scalable frontend and backend solutions
- Lead development using React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Build and optimize REST / GraphQL APIs
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and QA teams on solution design
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Drive best practices around CI/CD, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
- Collaborate closely with product Manager, designers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development principles are applied across projects.
- Assist in RD initiatives, staying updated with emerging technologies and contributing to innovation discussions.
- Provide on-call support during marquee events and critical system deployments.
- Represent Sportz Interactive in technical discussions, client meetings,



and project reviews as needed.

Educational Professional Background (Mandate)

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science from a Tier 1 institute

OR

- Strong professional background with experience working in well-known product companies, global technology firms, or high-growth startups with strong engineering practices

Background and Experience

- 4 8 years of experience in Full Stack development
- Deep hands-on expertise in React.js (Hooks, Context, state management libraries)
- Strong backend experience with Node.js (Express / NestJS)
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with SQL NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, SEO optimization)
- Cloud exposure (AWS (Preferred) / Azure / GCP)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of authentication authorization (JWT, OAuth, SSO)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments and project management tools like JIRA.
- Solid understanding of application scalability, performance tuning, and maintainability.
- Experience working with cloud technologies (preferably AWS), Redis Cache and CI/CD pipelines.
