The incumbent shall be responsible for overall medical activities of the company's senior leadership and employees.
The KRAs would be:
- Provide primary medical care and health assessments to individuals and families.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups.
- Perform routine examinations, immunizations, and health screenings.
- Develop personalized care plans focusing on preventive healthcare and wellness.
- Prescribe medications and recommend lifestyle modifications.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, ECGs, and laboratory results.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Provide counseling on nutrition, mental health, and general wellbeing.
- Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when advanced treatment is required.
- Participate in community health education and wellness initiatives.
- Stay updated with medical advancements and best practices in family medicine.
- Adhere to medical ethics, confidentiality, and organizational standards.
Preferred candidate profile
MBBS degree with registration from the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council with 8+ years of experience.
- Robust diagnostic and clinical decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, specialists, and support staff.
- Good record-keeping and time management skills.
