We're looking for a friendly, confident and CRM Executive/Manager to become an expert on our EdTech platform, GoEdukify.

This is not a target-based sales role.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and understand the GoEdukify platform in detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups in a qualified manner.
- Assist with inquiries, provide timely support, and ensure a great customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth communication.
- Track follow-ups and help improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge are preferred.
