About the Role:
We are hiring experienced Recruiters to support hiring for Hungary within the Adecco Global Recruitment Centre (GRC). The role involves end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT roles, with a focus on quality sourcing, stakeholder alignment, and execution within SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search
- Conduct screening for role fit and communication
- Coordinate interviews and stakeholder interactions
- Ensure quality submissions and SLA adherence
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reporting

Technical Recruitment & IT Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of IT roles (Software, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity)
- Ability to screen candidates for basic technical fit
- Familiarity with IT hiring workflows and ATS systems





Market & Industry Competencies (Hungary / EMEA):
- Exposure to EMEA / Hungary hiring market is preferred
- Understanding of regional hiring practices and candidate expectations
- Awareness of talent availability and sourcing strategies in EU region

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong IT recruitment experience (6+ years preferred)
- 12 years exposure to EMEA / Hungary hiring is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in Fintech or Banking domain is an advantage
- Ability to work in high-volume, SLA-driven workplace
- Adaptable and quick learner
