- - Roles Responsibility:
- Collaborate with on-site Architect and stakeholders to understand project scope, objectives and timeline.
- Assist and prepare detailed work schedule and resource allocation plan with advance timelines.
- Coordinate with on-site Architect, other teams, subcontractors, mason, labours and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- - Team Management and Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of conservation/restoration workers and subcontractors.
- Assign Tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing explicit instructions and guidance.
- Ensure that the team maintains high level or productivity and work quality.
- - Conservation/Restoration Execution:
- Oversee the implementation of conservation and restoration activities as per approved plans and specifications with on-site Architect.




- Monitor progress and ensure that work is carried out effectively and in compliance with quality and safety standard/parameter.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the conservation/restoration process.
- - Quality Controll and Safety:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets the required standard.
- To perform daily quality check and field test/lab test as required.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address safety concerns promptly.
- - Material and equipment management:
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of construction materials and equipment
- Manage inventory and oversee the proper utilisation of resources to minimise waste.
- - Documenting and reporting:
- Maintain accurate up to date records of work progress, payments, mason, labour, and material usage.
- Prepare regular progress report, documenting the conservation and restoration process with digital recordings and drone shoots weekly or as required.
- Update and discuss progress status daily with stakeholders.
