Job Title: Project Leader

Position Summary

To be a driven and independent business analyst capable of solving complex analytical and business problems within the pharmaceutical domain, enabling customers to make informed strategic decisions. The individual should be able to provide context to junior team members, mentor them through problem-solving approaches, and contribute effectively as a team-oriented lead as well. Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to independently manage client interactions are essential. Candidates may also have opportunities to support onsite client engagements (US) for short term; accordingly, a valid B1/B2 visa would be good to have, though not mandatory. Experience working on Gen-AI platforms or related initiatives, in addition to the above responsibilities, will be considered an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

- Technical: Able to comprehend complex tasks assigned and executes them with little to no supervision.
- Logical Thinking: Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Notices discrepancies and inconsistencies in information and materials.
- Task Management: Basic level of project management knowledge and experience. Should be able to plan tasks, discuss and work on priorities.
- Communication:



Synthesize and communicate insights to clients and internal Axtria teams through effective oral and written communication, including presentations and other stakeholder interactions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to independently drive direct client interactions for projects and day-to-day workstreams, while also serving as a key point of contact for various aspects of the projects undertaken.

Education

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Life Sciences (focused on healthcare), Economics, or related quantitative disciplines, with a strong academic background in analytical and quantitative problem-solving; or an MBA with one of the aforementioned bachelors degrees, along with relevant industry and analytical experience.

Work Experience: 4+ years of experience in working with Pharma Industry, with real world data sources such as patient claims data, EMR, consumer data, demand personal/non-personal promotion data etc.

Experience in analysis of data sets; SQL or Python programming skills, Databricks Tableau knowledge.
