Extrude Hone is looking for a Project Management Engineer to manage customer projects involving AFM, ECM and TEM machines, tooling and process solutions.
The candidate will coordinate projects from order handover through engineering, manufacturing, testing, dispatch, installation and customer acceptance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for capital equipment projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during project execution.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and identify potential issues for mitigation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field with expertise in capital equipments, project engineering, stakeholder management, SPM (Special Purpose Machines), technical documentation, project planning & execution.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Solid understanding of industry best practices in mechanical engineering design principles.
- Knowledge of AFM, ECM, TEM, deburring or surface-finishing processes will be an advantage. Process-specific training can be provided.
