The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them in selecting the right real estate investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct project presentations and arrange client site visits.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Address customer queries promptly and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and sales processes.
- Build long-term customer relationships through effective post-sales support.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, promotional offers, and current real estate market trends.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience:



15 years in Relationship Management, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Real Estate Sales.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
