- MBBS with postgraduate qualification in Neurology (MD/DM in Neurology) and formal training in interventional neuroradiology or neurovascular interventions.
- Fellowship or specialized certification in Endovascular Neurosurgery or Neurointerventional Radiology (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in performing endovascular procedures in a clinical or academic setting.
- Proven track record in managing acute ischemic stroke with mechanical thrombectomy and other neurovascular interventions.
- Expertise in interpreting cerebral angiography, CT angiography (CTA), and MR angiography (MRA).
- Solid command of sterile technique, fluoroscopy, and catheter-based navigation systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership,



and teamwork skills with the ability to function effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Valid medical license and registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or relevant state medical council.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical documentation standards.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement.
