## *Job Summary*

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, lead the store team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail operations, team management, and achieving business targets.

## *Key Responsibilities*

* Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.

* Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

* Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.

* Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns.

* Monitor inventory, stock availability, and replenishment.

* Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.

* Handle billing, cash management, and daily cash reconciliation.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and MIS reports.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.





* Conduct staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance reviews.

* Recruit, train, and develop store employees.

* Minimize stock loss and maintain inventory accuracy.

* Coordinate with HR, Warehouse, and Accounts teams.

* Strong leadership, decision-making, and customer service skills.

* Ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.
