Role Summary

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of inventory at the Head Office Fulfillment Center in Vadodara. This role involves maintaining accurate stock records, supporting timely order fulfillment, and ensuring smooth coordination with branch teams and senior supply chain leadership. The position requires strong attention to detail, hands-on warehouse management, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Gujarati and English with floor staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records at the Fulfillment Center.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and flag low-stock or excess-stock situations to the Director – Supply Chain.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of inventory within the facility.

Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

- Oversee picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders from the Fulfillment Center.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of stock requirements.




- Track pending orders and escalate delays or discrepancies promptly.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of Supply Challans, Purchase Orders (POs), and Invoices related to fulfillment activity.
- Prepare and share routine inventory and dispatch reports with the Director – Supply Chain.
- Support reconciliation of stock and documentation discrepancies as required.

Team & Facility Coordination

- Supervise day-to-day activities of warehouse/fulfillment staff at the center.
- Communicate clearly with floor staff in Gujarati and with management/reporting teams in English.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized fulfillment center environment.
- Escalate operational issues to the Director – Supply Chain in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; a background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations is preferred.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or distribution environment is preferred.
- Operational knowledge of SAP MRM ERP systems and MS Excel in must

Skills & Competencies

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock and documentation management.
- Proficiency in Gujarati and English is mandatory; ability to communicate clearly with staff and management in both languages.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory tracking tools.
- Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable with hands-on warehouse/floor-level work.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak dispatch periods, as required.

Work Conditions

This is a facility-based role at the Head Office Fulfillment Center in Vadodara, Gujarat, with minimal travel requirements. The candidate must be comfortable with hands-on floor supervision and occasional extended hours during peak order volumes or month-end cycles.
