Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective communication, leadership, and coaching.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market presence.

- Build robust relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, resolve complex queries, and maintain high levels of service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in LAP (Loan Against Property) industry with a proven track record of achieving business targets.

- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including home loans, housing finance schemes, refinancing options etc. .

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels; excellent written & verbal English proficiency required.
