- Plan, prepare, and monitor detailed micro-construction schedules for all project activities to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure all site activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Safeguard completed work by implementing appropriate protection measures to prevent damage during ongoing construction.
- Supervise and monitor the quality of work executed by contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials used at the project site to ensure adherence to approved specifications.
- Verify and certify contractors' bills based on the actual work completed and approved measurements.
- Prepare and maintain project progress schedules, daily/weekly/monthly progress reports,
and activity tracking reports.
- Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and statutory guidelines. Take prompt corrective action during incidents and emergencies.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with the Project Manager on all site-related activities, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time.
