- This intermediate level position is part of a team responsible for the configuration and support of software applications (eg ERP Oracle Cloud, Blackline, OneStream, etc) through strong business partnership, quality insights and exceptional customer service
- As part of the Finance Support team, this role provides basic technical and analytical support delivering Finance processes
- He/she will need to challenge existing solutions and lead the team in enhancing systems with an emphasis on user experience, simplification, automation, performance, and standardization
- With experienced team members, may provide input for delivering Finance processes
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitors Finance systems, open cases and reviews current processes to troubleshoot application related issues and answers system related questions
- Responsible for supporting releases, upgrades, patches, and configuration across the assigned ERP Oracle Cloud module(s)/Finance application(s) including Lease Accelerator, OneStream, Hyperion, Blackline, Concur, Coupa, Kyriba, OneSource
- Experience with queries/extracts and reports and supporting integrations.
- Database queries/extracts using calculations, formulas, and complex commands(SQL and PL/SQL)
- Extensive experience evaluating requirements and specs for development, testing and deployment
- Experience in Developing BI Reports and OTBI reports (mandatory)
- Experience in performance tuning of Reports
- Experience in any of the integration tools Mulesoft,Matillin
- Executes unit, integration and acceptance testin. Working with the functional team, provides screen shots and system steps for testing and change management
- May be responsible for configuring and delivering basic reports and queries utilizing delivered software.

Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience: 5-7 years of previous experience (in addition to education requirement).
Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Hands on configuration of application(s), and supporting releases, patches, upgrades and/or enhancements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Work Environment
- Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc) most of the work day;
- Required to exert physical effort in handling objects less than 30 pounds rarely;
- Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc) rarely;
- Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements rarely;
- Normal setting for this job is: office setting.
- Must be available to work standard business hours, as well as be available to work non-standard hours in case of emergency (natural disasters, power outages, etc). May need to attend after hours calls with the offshore team.
