Scope of the Role

- Own and manage Service Planning processes across VTS.
- Standardize planning processes across Customer Centres.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Logistics, IT, and other business functions.
- Support strategic planning initiatives through process optimization.
- Ensure successful implementation of current planning functionalities.
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and system optimization.
- Support organizational change and user adoption initiatives.
