The Opportunity

Fabriclore is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Frappe/ERPNext Developer with 7+ years of experience to lead and architect our ERPNext solutions. This is a critical role for an individual who can drive the strategic evolution of our ERP system, ensuring it scales with our rapid growth and complex B2B operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep architectural understanding of the Frappe Framework and ERPNext, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing large-scale, customized ERP solutions. You will mentor junior developers, define best practices, and play a key role in shaping Fabriclores technological future.

Key Responsibilities

- ERPNext Architecture Strategy: Lead the architectural design, development, and implementation of complex ERPNext solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Define the long-term technical roadmap for Fabriclores ERP ecosystem.
- Advanced Customization Development: Design and develop highly customized modules, applications, and integrations within ERPNext using Frappe Framework, Python, and JavaScript to address unique business challenges and opportunities.
- System Optimization Performance: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries (MySQL), and ensure the overall health and efficiency of the ERPNext system.
- Complex Integrations:



Architect and implement seamless integrations between ERPNext and a diverse range of internal and external systems, including e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, logistics providers, and other third-party APIs.
- Technical Leadership Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Frappe/ERPNext developers. Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Solution Design Problem Solving: Collaborate with stakeholders across all departments to gather complex requirements, translate them into robust technical designs, and deliver innovative ERP solutions.
- Security Compliance: Ensure the ERPNext system adheres to best practices in data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Research Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Frappe Framework, ERPNext, and related technologies. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance our ERP capabilities.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of extensive, hands-on experience in Frappe Framework and ERPNext development, customization, and implementation, with a focus on large-scale or complex projects [4].
- Architectural Expertise:



Proven experience in designing and architecting scalable and robust ERPNext solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding and mastery of the Frappe Framework, including advanced DocType configurations, custom apps, hooks, and event handling.
- Robust expertise in database management, particularly MySQL, including schema design, optimization, and complex queries.
- Extensive experience with REST APIs, web services, and data integration patterns.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries (HTML, CSS, Jinja, React/Vue experience is a plus).
- Leadership Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in software development.
- Problem-Solving Analytical: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills for complex, distributed systems.
- Communication: Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
