About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Bengaluru. This role requires someone who is strong in candidate sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and pipeline management. The position is fully office-based (4 days a week).

Role & responsibilities :

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social platforms
- Use Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit
- Coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS




- Track sourcing metrics and improve sourcing strategies
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 5 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals
- Strong understanding of IT hiring (preferred, if applicable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable working from the office 5 days a week in Bengaluru
