6-8 yrs experience of working as AR Caller- (HB is mandatory)
Minimum one year of experience as a Group Lead / Team Coach or 6months of experience as TL

Required Candidate profile
Assign AR accounts and prioritize claims to AR Associates for completion on a daily or weekly as appropriate.
Manage and handle effectively escalations raised by the clients.
