Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and engage every customer upon entry, creating a warm and inviting first impression.
- Initiate conversations to understand the customers purpose of visit and capture essential details to establish rapport and personalize their experience.
- Listen actively and empathize with customers to accurately identify their needs and the specific products or services they are seeking.
- Guide and connect customers with the appropriate store staff, ensuring a smooth and informed handover for continued assistance.
- Monitor customer flow and prioritize support, ensuring every visitor receives timely attention.
- Resolve minor queries on the spot and escalate concerns when necessary to uphold service standards.
- Maintain updated knowledge of store offerings to provide accurate initial guidance and enhance customer trust.
