Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.

- Develop new business opportunities through cross-selling of banking products and services.

- Identify potential customers for life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, BFSI sales, and other relevant products.

- Meet or exceed monthly targets by acquiring new clients and increasing revenue growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in direct channel sales, agency channel sales, or similar roles in the banking industry.

- Strong understanding of BFSI sales principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients at all levels.
