Requirements:
- 0 to 1 Year experience in Customer Support either, Voice/ Non -Voice with excellent communication skills.
- Handle International calls from clients across various time zones (US/UK)
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Under Grad and Graduation.
- Looking for Immediate Joiners.
- 5 days rotational shift with 2 days rotational week off.
- Job Location: Sitapura, Mansarover and Pratap Nagar
- Salary Up to: 2 LPA to 4 LPA
