About the Role:
The Recruiter will join our team in India. This person must be confident and willing to jump into a
fast-paced and ambitious environment, where they will be given the opportunity to work
independently and take ownership of various initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work with

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary
phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.
Recruiting through Internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate
relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques.
Screening candidates based on resource managers job description, relevant knowledge,
and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills.
Regular follow up from first Contact till the offer letter is extending to the candidate.
Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers,



benefits and interviews.
Reference check for candidates to ensure their authenticity and relevance.
Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, checking references, and
updating job boards.
