About the Role

We're launching People of Rituals and looking for a Marketing Associate to help us build our brand from the ground up. This is a great prospect for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in a real product launch.

What You'll Do

- Help plan and run marketing campaigns across social media (Instagram, etc.)
- Create content ideas, captions, and basic posts (with design/content team support)
- Research competitors and market trends
- Support influencer outreach and collaborations
- Track how campaigns are performing and share simple reports
- Assist with launch events, PR, or promotions
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and other teams to get marketing material ready on time,
- What We're Looking For

- 02 years of experience in marketing, communications,



or a related field (freshers welcome)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and how brands use them
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Instagram, Excel/Google Sheets (or willing to learn)
- Creative thinker who can generate content and campaign ideas
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Passion for beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C brands is a plus
- Nice to Have (not compulsory)

- Any internship or project experience in marketing
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads
- Interest in content creation or copywriting
