Roles and Responsibility

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and take corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry standards.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Leader or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Robust understanding of project management principles,



methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
