Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while applying your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies that enhance the overall quality throughout the application lifecycle.
You will also focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and assess the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently and effectively.

Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and reporting metrics.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
