- Project and Development as per master plan: - Responsible for all project & development related activity in given timeline, Leading team and co-ordinate with other departments to achieve time line.

- Development and implementation of Transaxle/Transmission Assembly, Powertrain.

- Testing high/low Volume Assembly Lines (Automated/Semi-Automated) for various Projects.

- Capex planning as per business requirement: - Responsible for Capex planning for new part or project related machine & equipment, Finalization, ordered, Installation and handover to production.

- SPM Vendors for Equipment building and Prove out.

- Resolved Capacity problems, improved operations & support.

- Finalization of RFQ cost and technical feasibility and RFQ:



- Recent project RFQ finalization as per time line and Discussion with customer for technical points.

- Product costing against RFQ majorly.

- Project feasibility by estimating materials costs, process costs, tooling cost and sourcing requirements

- Cost Saving and improvement: - Initiate cost saving and improvement motivate team for cost saving and lead to complete the project

- Line Balancing analysis to support success in high-volume products.

- Focused on increasing efficiency, lowering cycle times and improving overall quality.
