Roles and Responsibility.

1. 24x7 Shift rotation. Should be prepared to do Night. Monthly rotation.
2. 10 hrs shifts , 4 days a week. 3 Days off.
3. Good background in windows system administration and Linux system administration.
4. Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in supporting a hosted SAAS operation.
5. Positive understanding of AWS platform and administration.
6. Must have supported a hosted application in some capacity. Should have done release deployments using Jenkins or any other automation tools.
7. Good understanding of monitoring tools like Nagios/Logic Monitor/Sumo logic/Splunk/ etc.
8. Handling case using CRM applications.
9. Good communication skills and able to coordinate zoom calls during Incidents and outages.
10. Good Network basics: troubleshooting /connectivity issues to sites/DNS/IP addressing/
11. Must be aware of incident and service management process as per ITIL guidelines.
