Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

- Develop master schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans for fit-out projects.
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones; align with vendor and stakeholder (cross-functional team) needs.
- Coordinate design inputs from architects, engineers, and interior specialists.

Budget & Resource Management

- Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking costs against forecasts.
- Source and manage contractors, suppliers, and vendors; negotiate terms and ensure value for money.
- Allocate and monitor resources (staff, equipment, materials) to avoid delays.

Quality, Compliance & Safety

- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections, quality checks, and rectification of defects.
- Maintain compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements where applicable.

Risk & Issue Management

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; implement contingency plans.
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain open communication channels.





Stakeholder & Team Management

- Liaise with Vendors, internal teams, and external partners; provide regular progress reports.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a productive and team-oriented environment.

- Documentation & Handover
- Maintain project documentation (contracts, change orders, as-built drawings, reports).
- Oversee final inspections, commissioning, and handover to the client.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in fit-out or infrastructure project management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and fit-out best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Interior/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
