Position: Project Execution Specialist

Reports To: Program Manager

Core Mandate:

Execute individual product development projects within a program, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery

Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning Management

- Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across functions
- Develop detailed project schedules with explicit milestones and dependencies
- Track resources

2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with design, engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams
- Ensure seamless execution across functional boundaries
- Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders

3. Execution Monitoring Control
- Track and report project progress, risks, and issues
- Develop and execute mitigation plans for identified risks
- Ensure engineering changes are implemented per plan and stakeholder alignment

4. Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) Management
- Drive issue resolution at project level to meet QCD targets
- Monitor budget adherence and cost optimization
- Ensure quality standards and compliance throughout project lifecycle

5. Launch Stabilization




- Support production ramp-up and stabilization post-launch
- Address production issues and drive rapid resolution
- Ensure smooth transition to operations

6. Documentation Compliance
- Maintain detailed project documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards
- Capture lessons learned and best practices

Key Performance Indicators:
- On-time delivery (schedule adherence); Milestone timeline achievement
- Budget variance (cost control); material cost
- Quality metrics (defect rates, PPM) - AQI | FQI | AQ MBQ; No PQM

Critical Success Factors:
- Strong project management methodology (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving and issue resolution capability
- Attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complexity
