About the role

Hands-on Accounting Associate to own our accounting function for multiple entities. You will manage everything from day-to-day entries to supporting year-end statutory audits and regulatory compliance filings.

Responsibilities and outcomes

Financial Accounting Entity Management

- Multi-Entity Bookkeeping: Maintain high-fidelity books of accounts in Tally Prime and Zoho for various business units.
- Audit Readiness: Take full ownership of the General Ledger and support Statutory Audits.
- Banking Treasury: Manage daily banking operations, monitor liquidity, and coordinate with banking partners for seamless treasury management.

Taxation Statutory Compliance

- Tax Filings: Execute timely and accurate filings for GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Regulatory Liaison: Ensure all secretarial and statutory requirements are met without lapses or penalties.

Operational Excellence (AR/AP)

- Working Capital Management: Drive the full cycle of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables across all product lines.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with internal teams to ensure airtight documentation for every receipt and payment.
- Process Automation:



Identify bottlenecks in accounting workflows and utilize technology/Excel to automate manual tasks.

You will be successful if you come with
- Post-Graduate (M.Com/MBA Finance) from a premier institute with 02 years of experience OR a Commerce Graduate with 3+ years of robust accounting experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Excel, and the Google Workspace ecosystem.
- Ability to handle large datasets, create complex reconciliations, and use advanced functions (XLOOKUP, Pivot, Query).
- Comfortable with the "stretch requirements" of a fast-growing company and month-end closing pressures.
- Clear and skilled verbal/written communication for internal coordination and external vendor management.
- A genuine interest to be in the social impact sector (prior exposure to social impact organizations / NGOs is not necessary).
- A team-player mindset with the agility to support broader finance department goals.
