Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Operations team as Apprentices. This is an excellent opportunity for young professionals to gain hands-on experience in a world-class manufacturing environment. The selected candidates will support day-to-day production activities, learn manufacturing processes, and contribute to achieving operational excellence while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment and production processes as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the team in achieving daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to supervisors or concerned teams.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and operational documentation.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and 5S standards on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support smooth plant operations.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce process losses.
- Follow all company policies, guidelines, and work instructions.
- Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and willingness to take on new assignments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and in shift-based operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and safety awareness.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / B.Sc. in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical, or related disciplines.
- Freshers (2025 & 2026 pass-outs) are encouraged to apply.
- No active backlogs.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on the shop floor as per business requirements.
