Hiring Full time Governess / Academic Caregiver (Bengaluru)

We are looking for a highly responsible, educated, and compassionate female professional to take on a holistic caregiving and academic mentorship role for a Grade 6 student.

This is not a conventional teaching job. It is a long-term, trust-based role, where the individual will act as a second parent, ensuring the childs academic progress, emotional well-being, and daily discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide structured academic support (CBSE/ICSE) homework, concept clarity & test preparation
- Develop reading habits, communication skills, and overall personality
- Plan and manage the childs daily routine, school schedule, and extracurricular balance
- Accompany the child to school-related activities when required
- Travel with the child during family/business trips and ensure uninterrupted care and routine
- Coordinate closely with parents regarding progress, behavior, and development




- Ensure the childs safety, well-being, discipline, and emotional support at all times

Role Expectations

This position requires someone who can:
• Act as a guardian figure and mentor, not just a tutor
• Build a strong bond based on trust, patience, and consistency
• Handle responsibility independently in the parents absence
• Maintain structure, warmth, and a positive learning environment

Requirements

- Graduate (B.Ed preferred)
- Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or child caregiving roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, nurturing, disciplined, and highly trustworthy
- Open to flexible hours and travel when required

Work Details

12 hours/day | 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Salary: Upto 60,000 (based on experience) + perks
