Note- Must have experience from WMS/Supply-Chain/Retail/Trade tech Based projects or Companies

Location- Bangalore

Shift- 8:00AM- 5:00PM

Work Mode- From office- All 5 Days

Years of experience- 5 Years- 10 Years

Salary Range- 10LPA- 15LPA.

Notice Period - Immediate -30 Days

Qualification- • Graduate

Skills Required

- Familiarity with supply chain, retail, or trade tech domains
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, focused on end-user documentation, onboarding, and training
- A portfolio of end-user documentation, onboarding, and training content youve created for a software product
- Ability to extract and structure complex technical information from multiple sources with minimal guidance
- Robust command of documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion,



MadCap Flare, or Paligo); video or training-authoring tools a plus
- Experience building or overhauling a documentation system, not just maintaining one
- Excellent written English, plus confident spoken English for narrating video tutorials and the ability to adapt or translate content into other languages
- Comfortable working across time zones with distributed, cross-functional stakeholders
- Own end-user documentation — user guides, how-to articles, in-app help, and release notes — keeping it accurate as the product evolves
