- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, focused on end-user documentation, onboarding, and training
- A portfolio of end-user documentation, onboarding, and training content youve created for a software product.
- Ability to extract and structure complex technical information from multiple sources with minimal guidance
- Solid command of documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, MadCap Flare,



or Paligo); video or training-authoring tools a plus
- Experience building or overhauling a documentation system, notjust maintaining one
- Excellent written English, plus confident spoken English for narrating video tutorials and the ability to adapt ortranslate contentinto otherlanguages
- Comfortable working across time zones with distributed, cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with supply chain,retail, or trade tech domains is a plus
