Job Title: SAP Security and GRC AC Specialist (S4 Hana Implementation and Migration)

Key Responsibilities:

Mandate!! SAP S/4 Hana and Fiori: The candidate should have practical experience in at least 2 to 3 S/4HANA implementations and migrations, specifically related to SAP Security roles and user access authorization. Additionally, they should have experience in updating GRC Access Control, including Ruleset modifications and other relevant configurations.

SAP Security and Administration:

- Manage SAP Role Authorization and Administration.
- Conduct SAP GRC 12 Access Controls Reviews.
- Oversee SAP S/4 Hana security and perform audits.

SAP GRC Access Controls (For S/4 Hana and ECC both):

- Experience in updating GRC risk ruleset and workflows for S/4 Hana implementation.
- Monitor and manage Segregation of Duties (SOD).
- Facilitate SOD risk remediation and mitigation discussions with stakeholders.
- Create and manage mitigation controls within SAP GRC.




- Oversee Risk Ruleset management and analyze the impact of recent custom t-codes.

Audit Management:

- Manage internal and external audit requirements related to SAP access controls and SOD management.
- Address audit observations with stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

- Prepare and analyze reports using MS Excel.
- Create presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint.

Communication and Soft Skills:

- Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate proficiency in email writing and report making.
- Engage effectively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
