Role: Relationship Manager

CTC: Up to 4 LPA + Allowances + Attractive Incentives

Locations: Coimbatore, Dindigul, Karur, Namakkal, Pudukottai, Salem, Tirunelveli

Key Responsibilities

- Source new Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business.
- Generate leads through direct sourcing, referrals, DSAs, builders, and connectors.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain suitable loan products and guide customers throughout the loan process.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations team for timely loan approval and disbursement.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and business partners.




- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Candidates must have completed 12th and Graduation.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in Affordable Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
- Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
- Two-wheeler with a driving license is mandatory.
