Now, we're looking for a Senior Script Writer who can turn briefs into stories that sell.

What You'll Do
You'll be the person who transforms a client's vision into scripts that feel natural, engaging, and
conversion-focused.
This role isn't just about writingit's about understanding what the client really wants, identifying
what the audience will respond to, and delivering scripts that perform.

Your Responsibilities
Decode client briefs and uncover the real objective behind every campaign.
Write high-converting scripts for UGC ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other digital
platform
Manage multiple clients and deliver consistently, even in a high-volume environment.
Translate client feedback into stronger scripts without losing the creative edge.
Deliver quality work within quick turnaround times.
Build fresh hooks, storytelling angles, and formats that avoid repetitive content.
Collaborate with strategists, editors, and creators to produce impactful campaigns.




Maintain each brand's unique voice while ensuring every script is performance-driven.
Guide junior writers and help raise the overall quality of the scripting team.

What We're Looking For
4-5 years of experience in script writing or creative content.
Agency experience and the ability to handle multiple client accounts.
Strong storytelling instincts with exceptional clarity of thought.
Ability to decode briefs, understand client expectations, and write scripts that deliver results.
Excellent command of Hindi and English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
Deep understanding of digital content, UGC, Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video
trends.
Someone who takes ownership, welcomes feedback, and consistently raises the creative bar.
